1. Every Tuesday, I check Safeway and Times to see what sales they have for the week, and plan my groceries and meals around that. 2. I cut out unnecessary spending: I don’t do extra driving or eating out, and I quit Netflix, cable TV, Hulu, other subscriptions. 3. I am doing some work for the owner of my gym, so I don’t have to pay for that anymore. 4. I unplug things at my house instead of having them draw on my electricity when I am not using them. 5. I have been budgeting and squeezing everything that I can out of each paycheck ever since I returned to Hawaii!!
