Bring the housing rates down. Housing rates to include cost of rentals, cost to purchase a home, cost of mortgage payments, cost of land tax to long term residents of Hawaii. Food prices to come down to something more affordable for the working class. People like me may live paycheck to paycheck and we can barely afford food and yet do not qualify for any sort of state assistance. It would be great to live here and not just survive here.
