Better wages. If housing remains higher than it should be, if I could at least still afford something or know that working for years on end could actually end up with me owning a house instead of a small almost unhabitable space, then at least I could feel like my efforts would equate to something. As of now, I’m basically just trying to save enough money to afford the move off of Hawaii. Zero change in over a decade when it comes to the housing crisis and wage disparity.
