The cost to own a home, or the availability of rental properties. It’s a very real thing that if we lose our current home, we may not be able to stay. At some point my landlord will pass on and his kids will inherit the house and I at that point, we don’t know what will happen. There is always this fear of what will we do if that happens. Our rent is affordable, and fair. But if we have to move, to get even close to what we have now would mean at least doubling our rent.
