Reduce cost – that’s one thing with many facets (a target rich environment). Cut taxes, fees, charges, in conjunction with that make government more effective and efficient at being citizen and business friendly with its programs and services, encourage business to support comparable wages to similar continental locations, repeal the Jones Act, etc. There really is no one thing, but a multitute of things that could be, and should be, considered and acted upon.
